Our First step ?
The first step is to schedule a discovery call. We get on a-30-minute phone call to discuss your project aspirations and any questions you may have regarding our services before scheduling an in-home.
Our working appointment ?
We do not offer free in-home visits, no we do not. Why? Remember that first step about investing in your home? Trust us when we say that you get what you pay for! This is a working appointment where we offer value through our expertise, ideas, and time (between 1-1.5 hours) that we are spending with you.

Investment for the project ?
Every project is unique, and so is the investment required. Drawing on our years of experience, for furnishings we conduct a quick ‘budget on the fly’ assessment during our initial meeting. This quick analysis, considering the scope of work and design intricacies, allows us to provide you with a realistic budget estimate for your project.
For more complex projects involving construction, we adopt an ‘Exploratory phase’ approach. This phase enables us to delve deeper, refining the budget and design elements to align perfectly with your vision.
We would much rather take the time to come up with a realistic plan before we begin than be mid-project and run into any financial surprises from poor initial investment estimation.
How much will our project cost?
That is a big question right?
The Product Investment (finishes, furnishing, accessories etc) will be determined based on what you are hoping to achieve. We work with in a “good, better, best” framework from similar projects we have completed and help you decide where to focus your investment. In terms of our Design Fees, we are a flat fee Design Firm based on scope, so we take many factors into account when determining our fees. We use the Design Starter Appointment to get our eyes on the space and get a true determination of the scope of your job and can begin to quote our fees from there.
What companies do you work with for trade products and furniture?
We have access to hundreds of the highest quality trade vendors for furniture, textiles, lighting, finishes and accessories and offer a wide range of resources to make your home feel uniquely special and customized to your needs and aesthetic. All products are soured through us.
How is the timeline determined?
The timeline for your project is established during the initial planning phase, based on the complexity and scope of the design. We take into account lead times for materials and furnishings and ensure all milestones are clearly communicated to keep the process smooth and on track.
Should we do everything all at once? How will we know what to prioritize?
We can approach your project in phases or all at once, depending on your preferences and budget. During our consultation, we’ll help you prioritize which areas of your home to focus on first, ensuring the most impactful transformations happen in the spaces that matter most to you.

How Involved will I need to be during the process of design or construction phase?
Your level of involvement during the construction or installation phase can vary based on your preferences and availability. As your interior designer I can oversee design intention for your project on your behalf. However, if you prefer to be more hands on you are welcome to participate and provide input at various stages of the process as well.
Can you integrate my favorite pieces of furniture or my antiques into my design?
We sure can! We are always working to create cohesion, marrying favorite pieces that are there to stay with new pieces we will be bringing in. Our goal is to create a space that makes you love those favorite pieces even more with the right design surrounding them while offering a “curated over time” aesthetic.
