Phase 1 – Initial Consultation
The process begins with an initial meeting to understand your vision, lifestyle, and goals for the space. We discuss how you live, what limitations exist in your current environment, and what you hope to achieve. From this conversation, we establish scope, budget, and timeline to provide a clear framework for the project.
Phase 2 – Concept Development
The design direction takes shape based on our initial discussion. We create mood boards to communicate the intended aesthetic and atmosphere, assemble material palettes presenting options for finishes and textures, and draft schematic floor plans proposing spatial arrangements and flow. These visual tools allow you to experience the emerging design and provide feedback before we commit to detailed specifications.
Phase 3 – Design Development
The approved concept is developed into detailed plans ready for execution. We finalize all material and finish selections, specify each piece of furniture with exact sources and dimensions. Elevations illustrate how all elements come together in space. By the end of this phase, every aspect of the design is fully designed and documented and ready for procurement.
Phase 4 – Procurement
All specified items are ordered and tracked throughout production. Each piece is inspected upon arrival to ensure it aligns with specifications and meets our quality standards. We coordinate deliveries with vendors and artisans to maintain the project timeline and ensure smooth delivery and installation.
Phase 5 – Final Delivery and Reveal.
The completed project is presented in a thorough walkthrough of every space.
Our commitment continues beyond project completion. We Provide you with a closing binder upon the close of every project for care and warranty information on everything.
